Shipping policy

At Designer Luminaire, you can shop many products from our worldwide suppliers. Because of this, our delivery lead time varies by product and by brand. To find out the estimated delivery time of a specific product, check out the delivery information section on the product page, underneath the dimensions and details. Alternatively, please contact us and we will advise you on delivery times.

Please note, larger chandeliers, marble lights and others have a longer lead time due to being handmade to your required measurements.

We currently only deliver to UK Mainland and deliveries to the Highlands or other more remote locations can take 10-15 working days on top of the advised lead time.
